Dive into "50 Meaningful Lessons on Unf*cking Your Life, Love, Health, Wealth, and Career." Embark on a no-bullsh*t journey towards clarity, inner peace, and creating a better life in 2024 and beyond.

Why this book? Because we've all been there – muddled in stress, anxiety, and uncertainty. I have been there many times and have been very fortunate over the years to have had access to some wise mentors, insightful spiritual guides, and inspiring teachers from around the world.

These people taught me how to deepen my understanding of the human experience, our thoughts, feelings, and how we react to events and situations. They showed me how to 'smooth out' this journey we call life, and I would like to share these lessons learned with you.

Features:

  • 50 Profound Life Lessons: Practical wisdom to navigate daily challenges.
  • 50 Daily Affirmations: Elevate your mindset and inspire your day.
  • Insightful Information: Redefine how you perceive and experience life.
  • 6 Helpful Resources: Suggested recommendations to help you on your journey.
  • 6 Simple Things: Actions to take when feeling overwhelmed and lost.

Book Takeaways:

It's packed full of invaluable lessons, candid advice, and long-forgotten knowledge that can transform your life little by little, lesson by lesson. As Sharlene P. Psychologist – UK, commented, "...This is my new go-to book for when I need some motivation, when life seems to be throwing only curveballs!...”.

My wish is that the words within this book will inspire you to explore the human experience deeper and find a happier, healthier, wealthier, and more complete life experience.

Delve deep into the human psyche, reframe your challenges, create a better life and remember:

You are not alone!

About the Author

Growing up in a middle-class, 'strict Christian' family in Australia was, at times, soul-crushing. As a sensitive, adventurous, and highly curious child, I yearned to understand how everything fitted together.

I recall the painful sensations of my curiosity being squashed or smothered by the people around me. However, this didn't quell my thirst for knowledge or my curious mind's imagination of greater worldly experiences.

I was that kid with eye patch, glasses, and special shoes due to a bone disease in my leg. I was often overlooked, made to feel like a misfit, and isolated. For years, I worked on myself, determined that this wouldn't define my existence.

Starting my working life as a cabinet maker, I moved into photography and trained professionally for six years. In the mid-1990's, I took up a career in sales and management within the rapidly growing IT industry, as well as modeling part-time for a leading agency and fulfilling my passion for motor racing.

After fifteen years in the cut-throat world of corporate IT, failing health and immense personal losses caused my life to spin dangerously out of control. Having several massive wake-up calls, I took a risky step and walked away from all I knew: my career, status and what was left of my family.

In search of meaning, I embarked on a 6 month trip around South America, which turned out to be over 12 years. Throughout my journeys, I came to some harsh realizations about myself, life and a newly emerging perception of the world I thought I lived in.

I have travelled to over 70 countries; living, working and studying in Australia, Bali, Ecuador, India, Spain, Vietnam and Thailand in my search for understanding the human experience better, and looking for answers to the mystifying question of 'Why do we do what we do?'

I am now working on several new books and guided journals based upon the life lessons I have learned from around the world.

My adventure continues...
