Synopsis
The Hungarian Basic Course consists of 10 Volumes. The first seven volumes include the structure of phonology and the major elements or morphology to enable the learner to develop basic language competencies in four skills: listening, speaking. reading. and writing. The remaining three volumes, are designed to complement and enrich the language skills already acquired. They also serve to improve the learner's ability to attain functional language skills to meet proficiency standards specified by user agencies.
