About the Author

Holly DiBella-McCarthy is a retired public school special education teacher and administrator. She also taught undergraduate and graduate students in Colleges of Education at three Universities. Holly has published several Journal articles and 3 books, and is a Chicken Soup for the Soul contributor.

Following retirement Holly was able to follow her other passions of traveling, writing and creating art. Her favorite time though, is spending time with her husband and visiting with her 3 adult children.
