About the Author

Shane Linder earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management from Minnesota State University, Mankato after serving in the US Army Engineer Regiment in Panama.  Later in life he earned a Master's Degree in Family Counseling from the University of Montemorelos.  He has worked in construction management for over 20 years. He has managed multiple projects valued up to $24 million, overseeing over 100 employees on a given day. He has volunteered as a construction missionary in the US, El Salvador and Mexico.
