About the Authors

Daniel Kipley is a professor of strategy and the chair of the management and international business programs at Azusa Pacific University. He received an M.A. in management from the University of Redlands, an M.B.A. in international strategic management from Alliant International University, and a D.B.A. in strategic management from Alliant International University.

Roxanne Helms-Stevens is a professor and the dean of the School of Business at Augustana University. She received her M.B.A. with dual concentrations in strategic leadership and human and organizational development from Azusa Pacific University, as well as a D.B.A. in strategic management from Alliant International University.
