Jeannie Bass, CPS is a Certified Peer Specialist and mental health advocate with lived and living experience of voices and other psychosis-spectrum experiences. She serves as Director of Peer Support Services in the Massachusetts public mental health system and is a Hearing Voices Network-USA trainer and board member.

Carina A. Iati, Psy.D. is a licensed clinical psychologist in Massachusetts specializing in psychosis-spectrum experiences and complex trauma. She has led program development in public-sector mental health, provided comprehensive psychological services, and trained professionals across academic and clinical settings.
