Synopsis
First-time novelist Zack Raspberry presents "For My Guys": a story of black male friendship on Chicago's South Side. Adonis (a policeman), Damien (a personal trainer), and Rashawn (a podcaster) keep their brotherhood strong with weekly meetups at a new cigar lounge in Avalon Park. The lounge has replaced the grocery store where one of them worked as a teenager. When a shocking crime occurs, the men's three-decade friendship is tested to the point of possible extinction.
