An extraordinarily small raccoon. named Robby, has bad childhood dream episodes, and turns them into positive experiences by simply wagging his tail. When awake, however, he accidentally discovers that his tail's wagging powers are very real. Robby controls magical forces of kinetic energy by the whipping force of his tail. Adding to his self-consciousness, he also has a reading disability, due to very poor vision. But his mother comes to his assistance by getting him a pair of thick eyeglasses. The myopic & meek little raccoon's life changes for the best as clearer eyesight boosts his self-confidence. His life is also better improved when his criminal father is capture and finally imprisoned for robbing homes. Rob's dad can no longer repeatedly oppress and belittle him. In acts of selflessness, Robby decides to use his gift to help others, just as his mother helps him. He becomes all creatures' champion by helping their thirst. With the passage of time, Robby's powers become legendary and his kinetic gift becomes exaggerated, remaking him a comic superhero..
