This book was the result of a transformative training program effect on my own body. As a student of exercise science at Montclair State University, Montclair, New Jersey, the knowledge I gained in creating novel anaerobic, or resistance, exercises based on sound physiological and biomechanic principals, is what I wish to explore here. With time, I discovered that the instructional material I was learning in the classroom could be used to improve upon already known exercises. This idea led to me tinker in the gym for a few years and test out novel exercises. From that point I realized this was a training program which I knew I had to share with society.
