Marion Oates graduated from Empire State College@ New York, with an associate in science degree with a major in Business Administration, followed by a bachelor's in arts degree from Ashford University, Cum Laude, concentration in Health Care Studies. Marion Oates was an avid bowler for 55 years. Now she is retired and author of a second book.
