The Four Colony Arks fled the Sol system in 2354, shortly before the outbreak of the Great Eden War. After a 200-year trek across space, they settled in the Ios system, a set of twin suns orbited by four distinct planets.
The Four-House System established after the first two colony wars was useful. Each of the four planets specialized in specific products or services for the greater good. This system became corrupt over time, leading to another bloody colony war.
By 2800, a heavily militarized House Exos began harshly restricting the amount of fuel shipments while setting high resource quotas for the other planets to meet.
Now, in 2832, House Exos has been abusing its power for decades and whispers of rebellion can be heard across the colonies.
