Synopsis

A book for those who think deeply, feel honestly, and write to survive.
Pentherapy: Listen to Yourself, Then Write It Down is a reflective collection of poetry and prose shaped by experience, interior struggle, faith, love, and quiet reckoning.
Written over many years and refined with intention, the pieces move through questioning and self-examination toward commitment, gratitude, and closure. The writing does not offer solutions or instruction. Instead, it creates space for honesty, reflection, and emotional release.

At its core, Pentherapy treats writing as a form of self-therapy—a way to give shape to thoughts, confront what lingers, and leave behind what no longer serves.

About the Author

I took my first breath. After that I began receiving all types of signals and other information that created this vessel. A vessel floating along and then immediately tossed, flipped and rolled. So many shores so much wreckage. Lost beneath the sands was a captain's log waiting to be shared with the world. I am a simple man that lives a simple life. I am a licensed Electricain with a Masters degree in Mental, Emotional and Spiritual Endurance and Progression.

Preface
Poetry and writing in general are forms of therapy. At least it is for me, and I believe it could be for anyone. Never be afraid to express yourself in writing. Even if it's only to yourself. Seeing our thoughts and feelings on paper can help release the pressure of those things that burden us, that cripple us, that prevent us from excelling and being the people that we are supposed to be. The writing doesn't have to be perfect or brilliant, just real. To you. Try it. You'll be amazed. I was skeptical about sharing these poems with the world because they were only written as a means of coping, not to be shared. It wasn't until years, more like two decades later, that I decided I would create a book for all to read and enjoy. No longer feeling broken down and torn apart as I grew, I analyzed and synthesized myself into a new being. Free from all the dead weight and negative energy, I was able to feel confident in sharing my innermost fears and vulnerabilities. So, get ready to go on a journey. A journey through dark times and then into the light. Enjoy. Feel free to tell me what you think after or as you are reading.
