About the Authors

Bobby Borg is an Assistant Professor of Practice at the University of Southern California's Thornton School of Music. He is the author of four widely read books on the music industry and the founder of Bobby Borg Consulting, where he coaches rising music industry professionals.

Michael Eames is a trained composer, songwriter, and pianist with experience in film scoring. He is the President and co-founder of PEN Music Group, Inc., an advisor to the Independent Publisher Advisory Council (IPAC) of the National Music Publisher’s Association (NMPA) and an advisory to the Songwriters Of North America (SONA).
