About the Authors

Avery Rabedeaux is a creative writer who finds inspiration in the beauty of the natural world and the quiet moments of everyday life. Drawing from her home state of Colorado, she writes short stories, poetry, and creative nonfiction that celebrate place, curiosity, and observation. Avery is the author of two books in the Curious Me!® board book series and Ezra Watches the Weather. She now lives in Iowa with her husband, son, and cat, where she continues to explore and write about the beautiful things around her.



Kate Kronreif is a British illustrator living with her family in Vienna, Austria. She has illustrated several picture books for young children and had her work featured in Highlights magazine. She considers herself pretty au fait with all the feelings, and likes the warm and fuzzy ones best. She drinks an awful lot of tea.
