The Journey of a Poet is a collection of 68 poems. The book encompasses short narrative poems that describes nature and emotons. The writer tries to explore the role of nature in one's life throughout the poems. Moreover, she compares her feelings to the very slight changes in the nature. Further she quotes some poems with aesthetic sense. Most of the poems in this book evokes a feeling of alienation and isolation but ending up with a sense of hope. The last poems of this book depicts her love for winter. I would rather like to consider this a masterpiece.
