Synopsis

"Have You Stopped Growing?"

Dear Friend,

What is your immediate response to this rarely asked question? Does it irritate you? Or does it guide you for a serious introspection?

We, the educated people, very rarely talk about growth. In fact, many of us are offended when some one takes an extra interest in our careers. we resent the violation of our privacy.

It is seriously felt that the time is ripe enough for all of us to look back in our paths and find out where we are. Are we where we should be? Like a lion we must.

In this book a sincere effort is made to begin the journey. In every stage of human life this book should do a handholding for all those, who wish to grow, review and restart.

Each aspect of growth is touched upon in a significant way however each individual would have to adopt and adapt as per his needs. Growth is a continuous and dynamic process which changes on a daily basis. What helps and what creates hurdles to disturb the smooth sailing has to be closely monitored and applied. Truly speaking there is no set path for a desired destination of growth, but this book would help both types of people who wish to follow the traditional path or the others who want to travel on the path which is less traveled. You can take a self-evaluation test as a personal SWOT and check out what is right and what needs fine tuning

Dream, design, and develop your own customized way for a successful and sustainable growth.

Best wishes!
