"Chase Crouse helps us to see how to sanctify our routines from sunrise to sunset ... from prayer to work ... from healthy living to meaningful relationships."
-- Dr. Anthony Lilles
You want to grow in holiness, but real life feels busy, fragmented, and exhausting.
How do you actually live with a committed focus on God amid the commotion of work, family responsibilities, fatigue, distractions, and daily stress?
In Sanctify Your Day, Chase Crouse offers a clear, practical plan to help you reclaim your time, restore balance, and order your entire life toward eternity. Rooted in the Church's ascetical tradition and timeless wisdom on virtue, this book shows you how to transform your ordinary routines and diversions into pathways to sanctity.
This does not disrupt your schedule. Rather, it transforms what you're already doing. With step-by-step guidance, Crouse presents a daily rhythm that forms both body and soul, helping you cooperate with the Holy Spirit throughout your day. You'll find attractive, attainable goals, prayers to support them, and practical tools you can begin using immediately, including sample dietary menus, workouts, and additional resources. You will discover:
Moreover, you'll learn how to face moments of stress, fatigue, and temptation with clarity and self-mastery -- and how to end each day in peace, recollection, and gratitude instead of disturbance. Sanctify Your Day bridges the gap between devotion and daily life. It shows you that holiness is not found outside your routine but in the very heart of it.
