Keely has presented at state and national educational conferences such as ASCD and AMLE on crucial topics such as teacher burnout, personalized learning, microteaching, and new teacher induction, and has authored a variety of resources, including the ebooks New Teacher Retention: Impacts, Challenges, and Solutions and Self-Care for Educators.
Keely holds a bachelor of science in special education from St. Cloud State University and a master of arts in education from Hamline University. She is certified in three special education categories and holds both a director of special education and a principal license from the University of Minnesota.
