About the Author

Jim Zub is a writer, artist and art instructor based in Toronto, Canada. Over the past 20 years, he's worked for a diverse array of publishing, movie, and video game clients including Marvel, DC Comics, Disney, Capcom, Hasbro, Cartoon Network, and Bandai-Namco. He juggles his time between being a freelance comic writer and a professor teaching drawing and storytelling courses in Seneca College's award-winning Animation program.

Edwin “IRONPINKY” Huang is a Cali-based illustrator best known for his published work on Skullkickers, Street Fighter, Mega Man, Spider-Man, and Sonic the Hedgehog. Edwin currently resides in Sacramento and is a huge fighting game fan, Magic the Gathering nerd, and car enthusiast.

Charles Soule was born in the Midwest but often wishes he had been born in space. He lives in Brooklyn, and has written a wide variety of titles for a variety of publishers, including others' characters (Swamp Thing, Superman/Wonder Woman, Red Lanterns (DC); Thunderbolts, She-Hulk, Inhuman (Marvel)); and his own: 27 and Curse Words (Image); Strongman (SLG) and Strange Attractors (Archaia). When not writing—which is rare—he runs a law practice and works, writes and performs as a musician. One of his biggest regrets is never personally witnessing a Space Shuttle launch.

J. Torres is the award-winning comic book writer of Do-Gooders, Lola: A Ghost Story, Mighty Zodiac, Power Lunch, Rick and Morty Presents: The Vindicators, and Good Night, Gabbaland for Oni Press. He’s also written Archies, Avatar: The Last Airbender, Batman, Degrassi: Extra Credit, Simpsons, Teen Titans Go, and other comics. J. was born in Manila, grew up in Montreal, and currently lives in Toronto. His favorite robots include BB-8, Giant Robo, Iron Giant, Rosie, and WALL-E.

Justin Jordan broke into comics with the Image series The Strange Talent of Luther Strode. Since no one threw him back out after said break in, he has gone on to work for every major comics publisher. He is owned by two cats, George and Tom.

Alberto Jiménez Alburquerque is an artist born, raised and currently living in Madrid, Spain. He has put lines in French comic-books (BD's) for almost a decade now, working for Paquet Ed. and Soleil Ed. Some of his titles are: Fugitifs de l'Ombre (Paquet), Le Dieu des Cendres (Soleil), and Elle (Soleil). He has also drawn short stories for the American comics Skull Kickers (Image), Pathfinder: Goblins (Dynamite), and Robert E. Howard's Savage Sword (Dark Horse). He also illustrated Mystery Girl from writer Paul Tobin. The thirty-five issue series Letter 44 (Oni Press) with writer Charles Soule has been translated and published in France, Spain, and Italy with great success among critics and readers. Since then, he has been drawing Marvel comics like The Amazing Spider-Man, Web of Venom: Funeral Pyre, Annihilation Scourge: Beta Ray Bill and W.E.B.of Spider-Man. Alberto enjoys practicing martial arts, watching UFC, and taking trips with his wife and son, Lauren and Ben, whenever they can pull him away from his drawing table.

Felipe Sobreiro is a Brazilian artist and colorist. He has worked for all major comic book publishers, including Marvel, DC, Image, Dark Horse, IDW, Heavy Metal, and others, with titles ranging from the creator-owned hits Luther Strode, Spread, and Local Man, to Marvel's Generation X and Ahoy's Justice Warriors. Felipe lives with his wife in Brazil's capital city, Brasília, in a house they share with a horde of cats and a dog.
