राजीव वर्मा इलाहाबाद विश्वविद्यालय से इतिहास में स्नातकोत्तर हैं। इसके अलावा, उन्होंने इलाहाबाद संग्रहालय से स्नातक स्तर का डिप्लोमा भी किया है। पिछले 20 वर्षों से, वे यूपीएससी की तैयारी कर रहे छात्रों को मार्गदर्शन और कोचिंग प्रदान कर रहे हैं। उन्होंने दिल्ली, देहरादून और गोरखपुर जैसे प्रमुख शहरों में सिविल सेवा परीक्षा की तैयारी कर रहे छात्रों को सफलतापूर्वक प्रशिक्षित किया है।वे वर्तमान में दिशा आईएएस अकादमी, देहरादून के निदेशक हैं, जहाँ वे छात्रों को गुणवत्तापूर्ण अध्ययन सामग्री और परीक्षा रणनीतियों से परिचित कराते हैं।राजीव वर्मा का उद्देश्य ज्ञान को प्रत्येक छात्र तक पहुँचाना है। उनका मानना है कि शिक्षा का वास्तविक उद्देश्य कठिन विषयों को सरल भाषा में समझाना है। इसी भावना के साथ, उन्होंने "भारतीय संविधान और राजव्यवस्था" जैसी पुस्तक लिखी, ताकि छात्र न केवल परीक्षा में अच्छा प्रदर्शन कर सकें, बल्कि एक जागरूक नागरिक के रूप में अपने कर्तव्यों और अधिकारों को भी समझ सकें।उनके लेखन में वर्षों का अनुभव, गहन अध्ययन और छात्रों की आवश्यकताओं की समझ झलकती है। वे शिक्षा को समाज सेवा का माध्यम मानते हैं और इसे प्रत्येक व्यक्ति तक पहुँचाना अपना मिशन मानते हैं।
