About the Author

Jennifer Swantkowski, PhD, is a coach, consultant, and mentor who works with clients worldwide, focusing on issues such as personal goals and accountability, anxiety, early recovery, and building effective and resilient relationships. Jennifer earned her Master's degree at the University of Houston and her doctorate at Smith College in Northampton, MA. During her career, she served as a clinician at two world-renowned psychiatric hospitals, the Austen Riggs Center in Stockbridge, MA, and The Menninger Clinic in Houston, TX. She has also taught at the graduate level at Smith College, the University of Houston, and Boston College. She resides in Houston, Texas.
