About the Author

Mike grew up in Southern California. He served as an Army Drill Sergeant during Vietnam. After a downhill slide, he surrendered his life to Jesus Christ. Mike spent over three decades in the communications industry and personally sold and managed sales and operations. He also sold oil and gas investments for 10 years. He is also the author of "Fearless in the Face Of...Today" and "Beyond the MBA to an MBB", a must-read for anyone in the customer service sector.
