Synopsis
Charles Prentiss chickened out on becoming a private eye after nearly getting shot. A couple months before their wedding, his fiancée Gwendolyn’s college-aged brother Marshall disappears. When Gwendolyn’s uncle offers Charles fifteen grand to find Marshall, Charles knows it’s a bad idea. But it’s his big chance to prove himself to the wealthy New Orleans family he’s marrying into. But Marshall doesn’t want to be found. And when Charles uncovers a creepy pattern of behavior that connects Marshall to a shady real estate developer, Charles has to protect the kid from the same gun-toting tough who’s stalking Charles and Gwendolyn.
