Cassie is an aerospace engineer, seasoned leader, and fun-loving mom dedicated to diversifying STEM. When the pandemic hit, she was unexpectedly thrust into a new role - homeschool teacher. It was abundantly clear that she needed new ways to balance full-time work, this new teaching gig, and self-care. She experimented with countless strategies and eventually found a dynamic suite of tools that works!

In 2022, Cassie took a bold leap and opened ELMM Coaching, a small business dedicated to supporting working parents through coaching and community. She is living a life aligned with her goals and values, and it brings her joy every day.
