Drawing from her field research—which stretched from the barren steppes of Siberia to the dense jungle of the Peruvian Amazon—and her twenty-five years as a psychotherapist, Eva Papp now shares her surprising discovery on wellbeing and how to activate your authentic self to create a life of happiness, clarity, ease, confidence, purpose, and impact. In Chasing the Wild Authentic: A Field Guide to the Practices, Boundaries, and North Star of Living Your Truth, Eva has created a practical “field guide” for anyone looking to live more authentically.
