ManDown, a reclusive hip-hop producer, stumbles upon a copy in his quest for the rarest samples in the world. His manipulation of the recording unleashes a torrent of supernatural forces, leading to personal tragedy for Nina, an obsessed record collector.
Nina is thrust into a world of demonic possession and religious conspiracies, forcing her into a battle against ManDown, who threatens all of mankind with the release of his final mix-tape masterpiece, The Symphony of Screams: Volume III.
