Synopsis

Frank the Frog is a playful, 77-word rhyming picture book intended for children ages three to five years. Based on a song created by author Colin R. Brooks during bath time with his infant daughter, the story follows a cheerful frog named Frank through his day, from perching on a log to drinking spiced eggnog. With 12 vibrant cut-paper illustrations by co-author Matthew J. Peake, the rhythmic text and bold, colorful imagery appeal to young listeners and early readers alike, while the pairing of words and images also holds the attention of adult readers.
