Synopsis

The Problem Isn’t You. The Problem Is the System You’ve Been Given.

You work. You earn. You try to do the right things.
And somehow… you’re still stuck in the same cycle.
Bills. Pressure. Starting over. Feeling behind.

You don’t need another person telling you to skip coffee, hustle harder or track every penny like that’s going to solve your money troubles. What you need is a financial operating system and a shift in how you operate with money.

Most money books tell you what to do. This one shows you why that advice hasn’t been working—because wealth isn’t built on budgets. It’s built on identity and systems.

Written for people tired of doing everything “right” and still not getting ahead, this financial literacy book goes deeper into identity, systems, decision-making and the investing habits that actually drive long-term wealth building.

Investing for Beginners Who Want More Than Surface-Level Money Advice

Most finance books give you more information.
This one shows you why that hasn’t worked—and what to do instead.

Inside you’ll learn:

 • Why your current money habits are keeping you stuck—and how to break them
 • The simple budgeting system that will have you thinking like an investor
 • The money mindset transformation to shift from reacting to money to controlling it
 • The decision patterns that separate people who build wealth from those who stay stuck

No Hype. No Gimmicks. No Overcomplicated Formulas or "Get Rich Quick" Money Hacks.

Whether you’re new to investing or looking to improve your financial literacy, this finance book simplifies the process without talking down to you. It shows you how to stop reacting emotionally to money—and start operating with clarity and control.

This isn’t just another wealth book or “think differently” book. It’s a different way of operating with money.

Someone who has built, lost and rebuilt generational wealth, Dr. Stacker breaks down personal finance for beginners in a way that feels approachable and real—showing you the systems and identity shifts that move you out of survival mode and into a completely different way of operating with money.

If you’re ready to stop reacting to money and become the type of person who builds wealth, this is where it begins.

The goal is not just to make more money.
The goal is to become someone who knows how to keep and grow it.

You don’t need more information. You need an identity-driven system that changes how you think, decide and act with money—because lasting financial change comes from identity and behavior, not information alone..

About the Author

For over 25 years, Dr. Stacker has worked in higher education as a professor and administrator, teaching and mentoring students while also studying how people think, decide and behave around money. With a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and a Master's in Counseling, he blends financial education and psychology to help people apply what actually works in real life.

What makes Dr. Stacker's teaching resonate is that it comes from experience, not theory. He started with 5,000 dollars, built a multi-million-dollar real estate portfolio, then lost it all in a financial collapse that forced a complete reset. From that reset came the system he used to rebuild - one that helped him save over 250,000 dollars in the first three years.

In 2022, Dr. Stacker launched Stackers University and its YouTube channel to teach the kind of financial education most people were never given in school. He teaches like a professor, challenges you like a coach, and speaks from the experience of someone who's lived it.
