I am a strategic management consultant, educator, C-suite leader, and thought leader with a passion for cultivating leadership at every level. My journey has been shaped through a diverse background—serving in the military, leading community initiatives, and guiding businesses through ownership journeys and succession planning. With a PhD in Strategic Management and years of experience as a professor, consultant, and executive, I've dedicated my career to bridging the gap between vision and execution.
