About the Author
Valetta Taylor is a transformation and integration executive who has spent her career inside private equity-backed platforms, running post-acquisition integrations and large-scale operational transformations end to end. Her work spans operating systems, revenue cycle, organizational design, and governance across waste and recycling, aviation, SaaS, healthcare, and customer operations.She is the creator of the Executive Conditions Framework, a diagnostic model built around five conditions that determine whether execution is possible: Strategic Clarity, Decision Velocity, Operational Alignment, Leadership Ownership, and Cultural Safety. The framework did not come from a whiteboard. It came from asking, inside the hardest stretch of her own career, whether the problem was her leadership or whether the conditions were fundamentally broken.Valetta writes and speaks for leaders who have delivered results and still felt set up to fail.
