About the Author

Rose Wippich is an Energy Alchemist, Reiki Master Teacher/Mentor, and Qigong and yoga instructor who guides women to reclaim their power in what she calls their "Empress years." After navigating many of life's profound challenges, including breast cancer, Rose underwent a spiritual awakening that transformed her approach to aging, healing, and personal empowerment.

Her philosophy reframes aging as expansion, not diminishment — calling women to abandon limiting narratives and step into their Empress years with confidence, grace, and unapologetic power. She combines fierce compassion with practical tools, helping women set energetic boundaries, practice forgiveness as liberation, and discover the radiant authority that emerges when they stop shrinking and start shining.

Rose now guides other women through that same transformation — helping them release what no longer serves, claim their sovereign space, and step into their roles as wisdom-keepers and leaders. She believes that when one woman rises into her power, she creates ripples that lift all women.
