9th Knowledge Management and Intellectual Capital Excellence Awards 2023

The Knowledge Management and Intellectual Capital Excellence Awards have been held annually for eight years. This year we received 14 case histories for our consideration. After an initial evaluation of the abstracts and full review of the case histories which made it to the second round, we are pleased to present the six finalists in this anthology.

Each of these case histories demonstrate innovative and creative examples of knowledge management or intellectual capital implementation, covering a range of applications including using KM in SMEs, KM in collaboration with AI, knowledge sharing, KM as a means to fostering innovation, KM In the world of micro-finance and sustainability through knowledge management. The case histories this year illustrate a diverse group of ideas from Brazil, Germany, North Macedonia, Morocco, Portugal, and USA
