For single copies, add $3.75 shipping, if mailed in the U.S., + $1.00 for each additional book. For shipping outside the U.S., please contact me directly at mjohmann@msn.com. Check listings for additional mailing costs in the case of multi-volume works. All items shipped promptly upon confirmation of payment. If not satisfied, I will gladly refund the original sale price, provided the item is returned in 14 days and in the same condition as shipped.
