This is a specially bound collection of all The Association for Computing Machinery. Transactions on Database Systems periodicals, volume 4, printed in 1980. It was Bound in the 70s or 80s. Amazing condition given the age of these periodical journals or magazines. The original outside covers may not be included to and it looks like these copies have been bound from the original periodicals. The original owner was a professor of computer science at Birkbeck College, London and he commissioned the binding of the Computer Bulletins into books, including his own initials PJHK (Peter J H King) in gold leaf on the spine. The pages have only been referenced or sifted through rather than read, and all the pages are in place and in tact. The contents of all the months periodicals are at the front showing the articles.
