About the Author
Matthew McKay, Ph.D., is a psychologist and author of numerous books including When Anger Hurts, The Relaxation and Stress Reduction Workbook, Thoughts and Feelings, Messages, and Self-Esteem. He lives in Berkeley, California.
John P. Forsyth, Ph.D., is associate professor and director of the Anxiety Disorders Research Program in the Department of Psychology at the University at Albany, State University of New York. He lives in Albany, New York.
