THE ALIEN WHO CAME FOR A RUBBER DUCK

What happens when an alien travels across the stars to solve one of Earth's greatest mysteries?

The answer is yellow, squeaky, and floats in the bathtub.

When a spaceship suddenly lands on Earth, scientists rush to investigate. They have machines. They have computers. They have theories.

Richard has a much simpler answer.

It's a rubber duck.

But knowing what it is turns out to be the easy part. The alien has an even bigger question: What does a rubber duck actually do?

Soon Richard finds himself teaching a very serious visitor from outer space about squeaks, bubbles, rubber ducks, and something the alien has never quite understood before:

FUN.

Filled with silly surprises, laugh-out-loud moments, and a whole lot of SQUEAK!, The Alien Who Came for a Rubber Duck is a funny and heartwarming picture book about curiosity, play, and the kid who realizes that sometimes the simplest answer is the right one.

Perfect for ages 4 - 8, family read-alouds, bedtime stories, young space fans, and anyone who has ever wondered why rubber ducks are so much fun.

Just remember: when aliens come looking for answers, don't let the scientists overthink it.
