in-8, 567 pp., carte repliée, basane fauve, dos à nerfs orné d'un bonnet phrygien répété (rel. de l'époque). Dos et mors frottés, coins abîmés. Rare spécimen de reliure révolutionnaire.Jusqu'en 1792, on trouve des dos encore ornés de fleurs de lys. First edition. Folding engraved map. 8vo (8 x 5 inches), 567-pages. Contemporary very attractive revolutionary binding of full marbled tan calf, the spine blocked in gilt with spears and Phrygian caps within 4 compartments within raised bands, lettering pieces to the 2 remaining compartments; the binding in very good order.
