8vo. hardback in original publisher s dark green decorated cloth, gilt, with bevelled edged boards. v, 284pp., Indexed, profusely illustrated with 6 exquisite colour lithographed plates (5 folding) and many woodcuts and diagrams throughout. A clean copy with no markings or inscriptions. Inner hinge slightly stretched between colour frontispiece and title page. Some wear and slight loss to top and base of spine, else a Very Good, Handsome Copy.
