Light soiling to covers, top page ends and spine. Gold gilt lettering on spine and front cover is bright. Previous owners signature and date on ffep. Inside hinges are cracked in a few places but still very firmly attached. Light yellowing to text and inside front and back covers due to age. Foreword by Judge Thomas M. Cooley.
