1830 printing. A Good to Very Good copy. 12mo., 428, (i) pp., with state index at the rear. Bound in full, period leather, with gilt title on a red, morocco label on the spine, simply ruled into 5 compartments in gilt. Boards moderately rubbed, mostly at the tips. Occasional light foxing and toning. Hinges secure. 24 state constitutions included, the last states being admitted to the Union were Maine (1820) and Missouri (1821).
