Second printing with some amended material (as stated upon copyright page; preceded by 1983 edition). i-x, 11-255 pages. Hardcover: H 28.75cm x L 21.75cm. No dust jacket as issued. Glossy boards lightly rubbed; light bumping to spine ends and to boards' bottom fore-edge corners. Foxing to text block edges. Some interior leaves slightly adhered at top margins from extended storage but otherwise clean. Binding is firm.
