Legatura della seconda metà del XIX secolo in piena pelle bruna; ai piatti, filetto e roselline angolari a secco e triplice filetto in oro, al centro, stemma in oro con motto \"DIES MEI TRANSIERUNT \", titolo e fregi in oro al dorso, guardie marmorizzate. 92 carte numerate, compreso il frontespizio con titolo e piccola marca tipografica di Sessa, e l`ultima carta con la grande marca tipografica dell`editore. Bella edizione dell`editore veneziano Sessa del celebre romanzo allegorico-pastorale Ameto, scritto da Giovanni Boccaccio, composto tra il 1341 e il 1342. Esemplare in buone condizioni dalla elegante rilegatura da amatore, qualche lievissima arrossatura alle carte. XIX century full brown calf; on the covers, fillet and corner roses dry and triple fillet in gilt, in the centre, gilt coat of arms with motto eldquo;DIES MEI TRANSIERUNTerdquo;, title and gilt decoration on the spine, marbled endpapers. 92 numbered pages, including the title page with small printerersquo;s device of Sessa, and the last leaf with the large printerersquo;s device of the publisher. Beautiful edition by the Venetian publisher Sessa of the famous allegorical-pastoral novel Ameto, written by Giovanni Boccaccio, composed between 1341 and 1342.
