f/piece (Jacoby portrait photo), 285 pp.+27 (I make it) unpaginated pp. of plates ('Specimens of Handwriting and Illustration') on recto only; internally clean, tight and unmarked in clean unworn covers with a few tiny white spots to back, apparently of pigment loss, hint of rubbing top spine, light brown flecking to textblock fore-edge; unclipped jacket clean and unworn barslight rubbing and wear to top spine, which is also just a shade darkened (will add protective sleeve when ordered). Quite scarce. A genuinely serious work on the topic, the author of which was also a Jungian analyst.
