About the Author: Eddie Mullan taught mathematics in Scotland for over 35 years. He has been part of the SQA examination team for Higher Maths as well as a member and Chairman of the Scottish Mathematical Council. Since 1985 Eddie has led the Maths in Action team, helping to develop Scottish maths resources to suit all abilities from S1 to Advanced Higher. Retired from teaching, Eddie now leads CPD courses on the delivery of Higher and Advanced Higher Mathematics, as well as how to integrate Excel and PowerPoint imaginatively into the Maths syllabus.
