] Hardback, quarto, 9 1/2 x 11 3/4 inches, [x] + 758 pages, orange & gray covers w/ black titling on the orange & gilt titling on the gray, Near or About VG. Snug binding, covers generally clean (only minor handling soil), head of spine softened/pulled to 3/8ths inch w/ a 3/16ths inch tear at the front joint (minor effects & repaired) + small bumps to the corners. Interior clean but minor foxing/soil fore-edges, moderate foxing top edges. RWR5 Architecture Construction Design Drafting Drawings.
