An uncommon opportunity to acquire the complete run of the mystery fanzine THE ARMCHAIR DETECTIVE [TAD], begun in 1967 by Allen J. Hubin, comprising 59 issues in all, plus the Index to Volumes 1-10, 1967-1977. TAD reprinted a piece of classic crime fiction in the issues spanning October 1978 thought Winder 1986; each issue from Winter 1990 through Fall 1994 offered an original crime story. Hubin writes a loving account of the early days of TAD . The first issues are in binders and have had holes punched near the spines. Seller Inventory # 289245
