Softcover (25 x 19cm), (unpaginated) pp. [16 pages of advertising], 86, [8 pages of advertising]; grey blue wraps, yellow title box on front cover, lettering in black; richly illustrated with 5 colour tipped in plates, 28 gloss pages of black and white plates, historiated intials and decorations throughout printed with blue, orange or brown ink. Spine gently creased; 10mm closed tear along the bottom hinge of the front cover; faint 20mm stain in bottom left corner of front cover; gentle 130mm crease in bottom right corner; top and fore edges have curled slightly, top edge has occasional 5mm closed tears; wraps faintly toned; very occasional spotting to matte pages, mostly clean and bright throughout.
