Reprint 1898 (Fourth Thousand) Good (Book- colour rubbing to extremities with a little scuffing to rear board - cloth not penetrated, no notable soiling or other wear to cloth, Discreet Reeves Artists' Depots Ltd ink stamp to front paste down - probably original retailer. Significant browning to end papers and half title. mild to moderate sporadic foxing to prelims extending to 2nd signature, 3 cm circular browning to opposing leaves pp 44-5 - foxing or possibly from the laying in of an organic item. No other notable defects). A respected artist manual which went into numerous reprints well into the 1920's.
