No one seems to face the same challenges you do. No one truly understands you. So you play a role. You smile. You pretend everything is fine. And you live with this secret buried deep within you—a secret that no one seems interested in, a secret people would rather ignore, sometimes even trample on. Because for many, difference is frightening—terrifying, even.

Then one day, you discover that this difference has a name: ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder). You begin researching, consulting specialists, and sometimes even pursuing a diagnosis—after a long battle, months or years of waiting, and countless appointments.

The problem? You now have words to describe your difference, but you still don’t know how to truly meet it—how to embrace it and fully integrate it into your life. You’re not always sure what you need, where you want to go, or whether certain behaviors might be connected to your ASD.

And you know what? That’s normal. And it is absolutely not your fault. We live in a society where autistic people are expected to stay as quiet as possible, to mask their uniqueness as much as they can, and to simply go along with the flow.

So I’d like to offer you a different perspective: to explore this unique part of yourself, to understand how it can manifest, and above all, to fully express your desires and your needs.
