THREE VOLUME SET. All second editions (as stated upon djs and title pages) and each dated 1968. Hardcovers, H 23.75cm x L 15.25cm. Dust jackets toned at spines; some soiling; nicks and bumping/creasing at edges; jagged price-clipping at front flap's lower portions. Charcoal gray cloth lightly mottled; gilt stamping to spines remains vibrant. Foxing to text block edges. Two-line ink ownership inscriptions on each volume's respective front free endpaper; some light foxing mostly to initial and rear leaves but interior pages mostly remain clean. Bindings retain some crispness. ***** VOLUME I. Paged as i-lvi, 1-779, [780]. ***** VOLUME II. Paged in succession as [4], 781-1708. ***** VOLUME III. Paged in succession as [6], 1707-2036, [1]. Dj has old verso tape repair to tear below center of front flap fold. ***** Please note that this thick set has an approximate shipping weight of 10 pounds (4.53 kg) and will require additional postage for any postal class other than domestic Media Mail.
